We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original condition.

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@liokareas.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

If a customer chooses to ship the product back using their own carrier, return shipping will not be deducted from the refund.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Shipping charges are non refundable, including the original shipping cost.
